Mason Campton finished off a superb Aussie speedway season with a win in the Darren & Sharon Boocock Memorial Meeting
This was Mason's last meeting before jetting to the UK for the 2014 PL season and he signed off in style.

He scored 11 points from his five qualifying rides (1,3,3,1,3) and qualified for the B Final where he met Brady Kurtz, Jack Holder and Joey Ringwood. He won the B Final and then went on to win the A Final ahead of Edinburgh's Sam Masters.

He said after his win: "I'm stoked to win my last meeting before I leave"

Mason flies into the UK with fellow Comet Josh Grajczonek in early March ready for a mid-March season start and with the form he has shown in Australia this winter he looks like an absolute steal on a 4.69 average.
