Mason Campton has suffered a broken collar bone whilst competing in the New South Wales Championship in Australia.
The crash happened as Mason hit the back of Tyson Nelson's wheel and flipped over landing on his head and shoulder. His mother contacted Laura Morgan and confirmed the break. Mason had started the meeting in good form with 9 points from 4 races including 2 wins. We are awaiting confirmation on if surgery is required but Mason seems in good spirits regardless.

UPDATE - Mason's operation has been postponed until Thursday. He is still hoping to compete in the Australian Championships in January.

THURSDAY UPDATE - Mason has undergone surgery today. All appears to have gone well and is now resting at home
