It is with great pleasure we announce that Maintenance Network Limited joins the Comets team partner line up for 2017.
John Courtney, who pretends to be a Newcastle Diamonds fan as well, has always been a huge supporter of the Comets since the new promotion came in 2012 and every year has contributed to keeping the Comets alive.
This has included sponsorship not only for the club, but also for the riders and for individual meetings too; but this year Maintenance Network are increasing their involvement and joining the Comets as a ‘Team Partner' meaning that their logo will be emblazoned on the race-jacket and team wear.
Maintenance Network has been trading since 2009 and provide facilities and maintenance management services to the social housing sector in the North East and Cumbria. They have also been involved in creating the catering outlets at the stadium during the winter which has been a huge help to the club.
John, well known to many Comets fans can be seen in the Grandstand on a race night and has also been involved with the inception of the FOWS (Friends of Workington Speedway).
Please join us in welcoming Maintenance Network to our team and thanking them for helping us keep the wheels on track.
Maintenance Network now joins Kirkland Carpets and Ast Signs as Team Partners for 2017, while Thomas Armstrong Limited are the Comets Main Sponsor.
The Comets 2017 season gets underway on Saturday 25th March when the club stage the Cumberland Open Championship at Derwent Park.
With the start of the new speedway season just over a month away there are still sponsorship packages for all budgets available on request from Dan on 01900 813999 or email email@example.com
