The Postman Finally Delivers!

The Comets Aussie skipper Ty Proctor is a very relieved man after the outstanding document that he has been waiting for was finally delivered yesterday.
All of this means that he can now finally take his place on the track for the Comets after a delayed start to the campaign; although due to the extremely wet weather of the past two weeks the only Comets team fixture that he actually missed was last Saturday's home victory over Edinburgh.

Comets owner Laura Morgan said: "At last! - it has been a frustrating couple of weeks for everyone, but especially for Ty, as all we could do is wait for this to arrive.

"Now we can all move forwards with the rest of our season!"

Ironically, as previously stated, Ty's paperwork for racing in the Premiership arrived first, just over two weeks ago, but it was of no benefit to him as every scheduled fixture for his Premiership side King's Lynn has so far been postponed.

However, with an upturn in the weather this week, he is set to finally make his debut for the Stars tonight at The Norfolk Arena when they entertain Belle Vue - who of course include his Comets team-mate Dan Bewley and his Comets team-mate from last year; Craig Cook.
